Indian Railways — TDR Refund Amount not received

I have book the ticket in train no 22170 DOJ 21.4.2023 but tarin is reshudle and late more then 3 hr. so i am file TDR but but no any amount is refund by irctc till now i also write the mail in [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in, and [protected]@irctc.co.in and he is book my complaint tickets id is[protected]
