Indian Railways — the ticket collector did not confirm my rac seat but confirmed waiting list seat... and also gave birth for a non reserved seat

Sir.,
I was travelling from bsp to tata in ltt shm express (18029). My seat was in rac 55 in s6 birth. I boarded my train on bsp station. I asked the tt to confirm my seat if possible. But he said he will not be able to... But later on he confirmed the birth for w/l 1 and also alloted the seat for a person without a genuine sleeper seat, both by taking certain amount of bribe.. This two incidence took place in front of me.. On asking he did not even said his name. Nor he gave any reason.
Kindly see to the matter so that such kind of corruption could be stopped.
