Indian Railways — ticket cancellation refunds

12393 sampoorna kranti express was cancelled on 08/02/2017. Therefore i was forced to apply for cancellation of my ticket pnr no.[protected] through tdr receipt no.304099 (No. 99) dt.20/1/2007 of okhla station for an amount of rs.6500/-

However i was provided a refund after deducting rs.950/- as cancellation charges although the tickets were cancelled as the train had been cancelled.
The money was credited into my account several months later.

The amount of rs.950 deducted incorrectly shall be credited into my account at the earliest.

I was forced to apply for cancellation of my ticket PNR no.[protected] (Train 12394, journey date 02/02/2017) owing to "CANCELLATION OF THE TRAIN" through TDR receipt no.304116 (no. 16) dt.20/1/2007 for Rs. 7800/- of Okhla Station.

The refund provided to me is short by Rs.1950/- as I am entitled to full refund because the ticket was cancelled owing to cancellation of the train.

The short amount shall be refunded to me.
