Indian Railways — Ticket checker charged double fee for unconfirmed ticket

I dr suresh kumar travelled from amritsar to chandigarh on 17 decenber train number 12412 pnr [protected]
i wrongly booked ticket for 16th december instead of 17th on irctc site when tc came ishowed him ticket he said this was for 16th he was asking for 1000 saying me travelling without ticket i was having 600 cash and willing to pay on card or gpay which he refused told me pay 500 only for ticket price but not given any receipt
