Indian Railways — To get Refund on filed TDR

I had booked ticket from irctc app and due to train divergance and passenger health issues i had file TDR on 12/01/2023 and my journey dated on 14th January.
For your reference i am giving you necessary info below.
TDR Zone- North western railway(NW)
TDR filed-12/01/2023
PNR no.- [protected]
For your reference i had attached pdf regarding passenger not travelled.
And attaching you a new ticket copy for same passenger.
