Indian Railways — unnecessary delay in starting and running of train 22432

Dear sir,

I'm traveling from this train currently. Every other train is passing by on tundla junction. But this train is standing.
Even the train started 5hrs late.

This is how our railway is making profit and india is shining. No customer service and nobody to take care of mango people.

I wish continue success like this.
