Indian Railways — Unprofessional and non cooperative Officials at Bangalore City Junction rlwy station

Way Bill No 401013 We had sent 11 sacks and carton bags to bangalore from mumbai on 31st may 2015. When we went to collect it today only 9 sacks are available and the officials there at parcel office are asking us to seach for the other 2 bags. This is totally unprofessional. Please take some strict action. And help us get the 2 sacks
