I have purchase online Nargis Fakhri Net Machine Work Pink Bollywood Style Saree - 429 from indiarush.com vide order number[protected] as per company policy i returned the same and dispach it to Surat on 4-8-15 after fulfilling the conditions of compny. the procut was delivered to them 0n 7-8--15 by speed post.As per company policy the refund will be credit in my bank account within 5 to 21 days. More than 21 days have been passed the company is not responding niether on email nor on their helpline number [protected]@indiarush.com[protected]am-8pm) .we have made several calls but they play tape as all their customer care are busy.they never gave respond on mail for refund status..they are harrasing me very much by nor refunding rs 2235+courier charges rs 100 kindly lookinto the matter .my telephone no. is [protected] and [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
