I have receipt a call from Indian Shopping Hub web site, Delhi having Telephone Number[protected]. The call center people Called Ma'am you are selected for gift from price 50000/-. Please make a payment of Rs. 5999/- you will get branded items of TV, Laptop, Oven and etc... . First I said I am not interested. But again they called and Mam this gift is for you. You are getting so good benefit. Don’t miss it. Only simple why you are wasting please take it mam for that reason only we are calling, After their pressure I agreed to pay Rs.5999/- and make the payment online through credit card on 19.04.2015 and that call center boy told you(I) will get TV or mobile. On the call centre boy’s suggestion I have chosen A Samsung LED Smart TV.
Surprisingly, today 20.04.2015 After making the payment again I received a call at about 6 PM and was informed that you need to participate in contest but he never informed me the details regarding the contest before making the payment. So I said I will see. I got a verification call on 20.04.2015 and the verification team said that you have to participate in a contest. And this is compulsory saying you are selected for next stage competition for 2 lakh Cash prize or Swift car which one you choose, I told ok what I have to do, They told if you want cash prize you have to pay tax amount of some amount and Car prize you have to pay 2 lakh. What is this. Its really big Cheating After I told I dint want anything please refund my amount. They told its not possible. When we asked for the Tax Number they are not ready to give. They are asking for money everytime. This is a cheating. Please look into this type of cyber crime run by a cyber crooks to stop this type of online fraud crime to make easy money and help lot of other innocent people should not be cheated. So, that no other customer should suffer such problems and this type of websites should be banned.
Please help us to return our hard earn money.
