Dear Team, After several (follow up almost one month) followed up with your customer service, i am written complaint against you. I am frusted to wrote a such emails to you. I have purchased Roti Maker online, that maker having problem of heating issue. I have also called service center on[protected] but they told me this item code N1124 has declare outdated 3 years before. Now i have called your customer service at [protected], your executive has disconnected my call befor listining my problem. Why you sale outdated stocks online? I don't require this maker i would like to return this order to you. Please refund amount to me against damaged item at earliest. Kindly confirm i will return your product to you once the amount credited in my account.
