Indiatimes Shopping — Indiatimes Shopping - Wrong products and no Refunds after 3 months | |||
I bought few products at indiatimes shopping. Firstly they didnot deliver some products and then the products delivered were defective. I then asked for cancellation and they said they will send pickup person to take back product whcih did not happen for a month. And then after they took the products they did not cancel the order as they did not know when this was taken back. Once that is done, they cancelled the orders but I didnot get my money. I sent them my bank statements and still they did not return my money. These guys have given me so much pain mentally. I had to make hundreds of calls. Was this information helpful? | |||
