I traveled by 6e-675 from mumbai to chennai on 16/12/18 and noticed my newly purchased samsonite cabin bag was completely damaged. The ground staff officer mr shabeer 27816 registered a invoice for baggage replacement and promised that the bag shall be replaced with in 10 days. Now it is more than 45 days and there is no response from indigo officers.
