Indigo Airlines — Cancelled ticket amount refund not given

Dear sir/madam I availed ticket namely Mayur Kumar Chaudhary booking reference no GBQGND dated 10/10/2015 from Varanasi to Jaipur. But due to some personal reason i cancelled my ticket on 09/10/2015. Ticket was cancelled on same day at varanasi airport and staff of your company said me that refund amount will be send on your account in 07-10 working days, but there is a month to go my refund amount will be not credited in my bank account. I speak to your customer care she said that your refund amount is credited in your account on 09/10/2015. Truth is that my refund amount is not back in my account. She said me check ur account and i said to her i checked my account today too. Refund amount is still pending at ur end.
