I travelled in Indigo flight vide PNR no GP4UYL on 01 03 24 from Coimbatore to Dhaka via chennai airport.
At Dhaka airport, I collected my check-in baggage with the trolley wheels broken and trolley handle bracket broken condition. I submitted a complaint. Copy attached.
Reported to Indigo officials at Dhaka airport and Property Irregularity report submitted. Copy attached. Photos of damaged baggage attached.
Dhaka Indigo Officials informed that follow up mail will be sent to me indicating the compensation amount in Indian Rupees of 1000/-
But as on 09 03 24, I did not receive any e mail communication.
The rectification damage with spares required will cost me Rs 2500.- Hence I request Indigo to pay me Rs 2500/- minimum.
Also, Indigo may like to explain me the reason for the delay in communication to me in e mail.
