Indigo Airlines — Flight ticket booking amount deducted but PNR not generated

I have tried booking a ticket in Indigo flight 6E-425 for 15th December. The amount of Rs.13328 has been deducted from the account but the ticket has not been booked.The transaction id is ET[protected] and has been paid by SBI master debit card on 13th December on 9:26 pm.The passenger name is OISHIK BANERJI. When I have called their help desk after listening to the complain they said it will take 10 working days to resolve the issue.Even after giving the transaction Id they are not sure of the transaction. Please help with a quick solution as I need t book the ticket for 15th December so that the deducted amount is refunded asap so as to make a new booking.
