[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Inconvenience caused and financial loss in modifying the flight booking

With PNR no. G2K95L I have modified the date of Travel from 25th Oct 2015 to 23rd Oct 2015. When I went to Airport at Pune the Indigo Counter informed that there is no ticket in your name. I was shocked as through Make My Trip portal I have paid all the balance charges R.4911, to modify the date and how it can happen. I was having an Important meeting and thus I booked another ticket in same flight from Pune to Kolkata on the spot. It was not only a great financial loss but I undergone through severe mental stress. Please look into the matter and refund all the money to me. Such mistakes should not happen in future.

Hence we have initiated refund for INR 9207 out which INR AMT: 4, 505/- with RRN:[protected] has been processed on 07th November and rest amount INR 4702/- is under process as same would be reflected in your account as per your bank processing cycle.
