Today (11/10/2023)
I booked a flight from IMF to DEL on 25/10/2023.
The payment has gone through.
I have not receive a payment confirmation from indigo but amount has debited from my credit card.
Passenger name is : Bunisia Nongmaithem and contact number is [protected]
Getting hold of customer service has been very challenging!
I have waited the queue in WhatsApp chat for more than a hour but it keeps delaying.
I am waiting for the resolution of this issue ASAP.
