[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — mishandling/ damaged the luggage for (from dxb to blr) - 6e 96 | |
This is a complaint regarding mishandling/damaged of my small trolley bag (Tag mentioned as 6e[protected] ([protected]). The complaint is mentioned as below: Me and my family travelled from dubai to bangalore on 27th june 2019 through indigo 6e96 flight. At bangalore airport post receiving the luggage from the baggage belt section, we have noticed that our small blue coloured trolley was marked with black permanent black marker pen all over the bag. It is understood that someone intentionally doodled all over the bag with black permanent marker. As a prove we have attached the relevant pics along with this email for your ready reference. The looks of the bag is completely damaged and we cannot able to remove the permanent black ink from the outside body of the bag. Was this information helpful? | |
