I booked my flight via paytm for 29th feb on 28th feb first payment was failed they told me if money was deducted then refund will be done within 7 days and so i had to make payment again and was successful until recently i called my bank for bank statement and got to know that my money was deducted twice and the bank manager told me to contact paytm or indigo regarding this issue and i had no idea about this duplicate transaction done by paytm or indigo the didn't give any update regarding this i only received the flight ticket for the successful transaction. I talk with paytm service but they told me that they cannot provide refund until the merchant (indigo) initiated it or that i should filed complaint regarding this issue they said that refund is normal done within 7 days but in my case due to duplicate transaction they told me to contact indigo to initiate the refund. i kindly request this consumer website to help me get my money back i am student and i need help from consumer complaint
