I traveled with three of my friends from guwahati to bangalore on 13 april 6e 457 under pnr qf135j.
Except my luggage, all other luggage arrived at guwahati.
I was told at guwahati airport that whenever the luggage arrives in guwahati, they will deliver at the address i give.
I was on my way to tawang in arunachal pradesh and all my cold and rain weather clothing is in this check-in bag. I suggested we close it with a compensation they may calculate, as the locations where i will be providing are far. They however insisted that they will deliver, however far they are.
I gave two addresses (1) tenga and (2) dirang - both of them indeed far from guwahati. I left with their assurance that they will deliver the luggage to me within time for my tawang leg.
On 13th evening, my luggage arrived in guwahati - as per indigo staff. They promised to send it on 14th to tenga - by 14th noon, i came to know that the vendor has refused to deliver it. This is a major breach of trust. Had they mentioned that they could not deliver to tenga, i would have stayed one evening in guwahati, collected my luggage and traveled that night. They refused to deliver to dirang as well.
I had to buy my entire gear once again - spending close to rs: 8000/- in the absence of this bag.
Finally on 17th night, while i was in tawang someone from indigo called up and offered to deliver the bag to tawang!! I am returning back on 18th - so i saw no point in chasing a bag that may or may not come - the need for everything in that bag vanished as i was forced to buy everything new. Hence, i decided to collect the bag from guwahati.
On my return leg, i collected the bag finally on 21st from guwahati but the indigo staff and the call center refused to provide any compensation for a mistake they did. All of them categorically accepted its indigo's mistake but they offered no compensation.
I am raising this compliant to obtain compensation for the rs:8000/- purchases i had to make because of this mistake done by indigo - i can produce the bills, if necessary.

We are waiting since an hour! There is no air condition, the air hostesses are not trainer properly, they have no clue about what is happening.
