[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — No refund issued

I recently booked a ticket via Cleartrip on indigo from Chennai to Cochin .. I booked it for honey moon and had to cancel because kerala came up with quarentine from 1st October and I booked ticket for 6th.. but I booked the tickets before wedding that was on 25th itself ... They didn't refund any ticket money after cancellation and also after so much of conversation with their customer care they said only 2k will be refundable... Now after 1 week they have debited another 800rupees from account saying your money for cancellations have exceeded the amount I booked tickets for ...
