I was scheduled to travel on 10th Feb22 from Bangalore to Amritsar by Indigo flight scheduled at 9.20am. My PNR IWR4UD. I missed the flight due to medical emergency( Pituitary Tumor Headache) Indigo officials promised me the refund. Since then the PNR keeps on changing by officials in handwritten note like IWD4UD or UKCZXF. They never refunded nor did they rescheduled. In fact, me and Mom suffered a lot due to this experience.
