Indigo Airlines — Refund amount of Travel certificate

Sir, on 02 Oct I request Indigo Air lines for issue me a travel certificate in lieu of boarding pass which I have lost. My travel details is as follows. PNR no. LFPDGR Flight No. 6E 312 dated 26 Jul 2015 Name Shardha Sharma ticket was booked in under defence quota. On 02 Oct I talked to custmor care for issue me a travel certificate. He provide me a link through which I can make payment and get travel certificate. On 02 Oct at about 0900 am I make payment throughNet banking by State Bank Of India Bidar Karnataka of Rs. 200/- vide Transaction reference No. IGOATVCKZ8 dated 02 Oct 2015 AT 09:03:41 AM. On 03 Oct 2015 at around 0900 PM I talk to Indigo custmor care No. [protected] one lady talk to me I asked her when I get my travel certificate. I passed her all the information regarding travel. She told that you will not get travel certificate because you have made payment through net banking. you have to make payment either credit card or at airport payment counter. your payment will not be accepted. So your payment refund will get you back in 3-5 days. After 5 days again I talk to custmor care (Lady ) on 06 Oct 2015 at about 0900 pm they told that your payment will not be refund you will get travel certificate. I told her that now I do not want travel certificate, please refund my amount, and I told her, that day your agent told me that you will get refund. Now you are telling that I will not not get refund. Sir, my point is this once I will not get refund then why they have not issued me a travel certificate. Even they have not issued me payment acknowledgement and issuance of travel certificate.Now I told her that I do not want travel certificate please refund my amount. My mobile no.
