[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refund | |||
Hi... I have booked a ticket for delhi to srinagar on 24th nov for my brother who is in army but instead of booking it from srinagar to delhi i have booked a wrong ticket and so i cancelled the ticket through indigo website (Online) within 15-20 mins of the booking. Now, today on 27th nov when i spoke to indigo customer care people they told me that it's showing a no show and i will not get a refund. I have told them that i have cancelled the ticket and that's why i know it showed me around 3500 deduction and remaining refund within 5-7 days but no one listens in the customer care. The ticket was around 10k This is really pathetic and zero customer satisfaction.
