Indigo Airlines — Refund issues

I had booked a ticket for 4 people for a total of Rs.45192 in Indigo airlines. Later when i had to cancel the ticket their customer care representative told me that only Rs.32000 would be refunded and an additional amount of Rs.400 per passenger would be deducted for depositing the amount into my account. They even levied taxes on the cancellation charges which is totally unfair. I had cancelled the ticket more than a month prior to the journey(ticket being booked for 19th Dec and cancelled on 5th Dec) and the airline should refund more amount. Moreover, they had assured me that my money would be refunded within 5 working days but it has not been deposited into my account even after 13 days.
