I've successfully paid for my ticket online via GPay through goindigo.in for my flight from Kolkata to Thiruvananthapuram (connecting flight via Mumbai) - and even though the money has been deducted from my bank account, even though GPay has confirmed it as a successful transaction, and my bank has confirmed it as a successful transaction - IndiGo officials refuse to accept the Google Transaction ID for proof of pay, and IndiGo officials refuse to accept the general UPI Transaction ID as proof of pay either.
Instead they keep repeating, "Call Bank Sirrrr... Call Bank Sirrrr..." like a broken record and in my last attempt to call them about 15 minutes ago, they heard my grievance and THEN HUNG UP saying that their supervisor or their financial team is unavailable.
They are obnoxiously rude and then they expect respect from us... *smh*
I hope my issue gets a resolution because so far I've felt like I'm talking to a brick wall when it comes to talking to their consumer care representatives because they're of absolutely no help.
Attached are the screenshots of my payment proof and of the fact that they payment DID INDEED go through.
