Indigo Airlines — Unethical behavior, denied boarding | |||
I had a indigo flight on 28-Nov-2015 from Hyderabad to Mumbai which was schedule to departures on 5:45 AM. I reached at 5: 20 because airport bus was late but I was denied boarding. I already did web check-in and had the boarding pass. There was no luggage except hand bag. Still I was denied boarding. I requested them that it is very important or me to board as I had a very important interview to attend in Mumbai. When I enquired about the next flight and requested to accommodate in next flight they said no. when I requested to cancel the ticket, they denied. I always use to travel by Indigo but now I will never ever take a indigo flight and let others also know not to travel by Indigo until all my money is refunded.
