I was booking a flight from DEL - BKK, on 21/09/23 around 15:45. I paid through UPI, 15, 994 rupees were deducted but website failed to give me any confirmation and simply said "if any money was deducted it will be refunded in 3-5 working days". So, trusting Indigo, I made another booking through their app and paid 15, 974 rupees from my debit card . This time it was successful and I got emails and whatsapp updates on the same.
After waiting for 10 days, I emailed the customer.[protected]@InDigo.in and was told my ticket was confirmed. And they keep giving talking about my second payment which I KNOW went through. The issue is the UPI transaction money has not been refunded. I sent them all the screenshots including the UPI transaction ID, but there seems to no interest in solving my issue and I keep getting the same replies! Please give me my money back!
** Don't use the indigo website, it always crashes or there is some errors and then you have to beg and run in circles to get your money back!**
