Indo Canadian Bus Service — Lost Item

I have very bad experience with customer service. I caught Indo Canadian bus from Indira Gandhi International Airport on 18/05/2023 around 7.30PM and it dropped me their Ludhiana office early morning after requesting driver to drop me some safe place because he was insisting me to get off at Hanuman Mandir as I was only one passenger who coming to Ludhiana.

I told him that I am settled in Australia and don’t have app to call taxi as auto but scary. I give him INR 100 for my request.

He was in a hurry and I get off at their Ludhiana office and immediately realise I left back support cushion at bus seat. There was a security guy who helped me to contact bus driver and when we approached driver, he said yes he found it and will drop while back to Ludhiana.

I been overseas and came back today and sent my Uber driver to collect that cushion because tomorrow my flight back to Australia.

Driver waited there and I called them again and again but no positive response and they said check in our Jalandhar office. I called them and they gave me another number. I tried that again rude and negative approach without listening customer query, will find and call us again.

I don’t know how they will find when didn’t listen what I lost. I have some back problem and travelling from Amritsar to Melbourne (long flight) and I need that but this type of customer service really disappointed me.
