My self Indranil Bakshi residing at AD -412, Rabindrapally, Keshtopur Kolkata 700101.
I have taken a car loan of Rs 700, 000 ( seven lacs) in themontu of August year 2012, I have already paid Rs 6, 79, 700 as per my culcuation.
Due to some unavoidable reason I am unable to pay the last EMI with in the schedule time, the total due is showing as per your statement is Rs 60200/-( though I have not received any statement or phone call about the dues from your end).Your DSA know my home and has collected last month EMI by cheque.They are showing me that the EMI is due for Last three month, , I have already paid for 47 month, , that is another issue that your DSA has taken Rs 20300/- as advance EMI for the last month.
BUT SIR SORRY TO SAY THAT WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION MY CAR WAS SEIZED TODAY FROM NH2 ON THE WAY TO DURGAPORE WITH FULL OF VIP DELIGATES FROM THE GOV.
I AM SENDING YOU THE SEIZED PAPER (which is without seal and missing necessary docs) FOR THE NECESSARY ACTION, , otherwise I will take the legal action within 24 hour..
Your are unnecessary harrasing the public..Look at the attachment ...Is this a legal paper to seize a 16 lacs car,
