Hi,
I have raised a complain twice with IGL regarding the leakage of inlet rubber gas pipe and have not heard back from IGL since a long time now. The leakage in the gas pipe has increased. Had I known that about this, I would have noted the complaint number (in case you are not able to find my complain record)
Please help me know in case anything worse happens due to the negligence if the IGL department. I would also be interested to know the total turnaround time to resolve such issues. It is the duty of the department to provide timely service to their customers, especially if they are paying for the service.
