Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Complain about Improper PNG pipeline installation on my house roof (BP Number ([protected])

Sir,

With great regret I would like to file complaint against improper PNG pipeline installation in my house/property. It is causing immense trouble to me and my family. I was never applied for connection however PNG pipeline has been installed on my roof and damaged my walls and tiles everywhere. Your contractor has illegally trespassing in my residential property and illegally installed the gas pipeline connection through the roof of my House No. 319/1, Top Floor Left Side, Gali No 4, Govindpuri, Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019 and installed the gas pipeline without my consent and permission in my absence on above mentioned property. I am very depressed with the kind of service your company had provided.

During installation workers hired by you drilled needles holes on my tiles to damage my property. Due to their irresponsible attitude and negligence regarding the safety of the resident I had to face numerous problems. They have blocked my access to terrace by PNG pipes. It has resulted in many serious accident to my children and family members. They have damaged my tiles everywhere by making needles holes and cracks. It would cost me huge financial losses to get it repaired. I didn't expect this kind of work from you. They have thrown waste of PNG pipes everywhere on my roof and make it non repairable, which is making very serious problem to me.

Please remove the installed pipeline immediately from my property or change the direction of installed pipe and get my rooftop repaired by earliest. I would like you to take strict action by the earliest regarding the problem else I have to take strong steps regarding this.

I complained about this earlier also but no action has been taken yet. PFA mail trail for your reference.
It is causing immense problem for me. I am doing some construction work on my premises. Anytime installed PNG pipe line could be damaged or can cause serious accident.
BP Number ([protected]) for which troubleshome PNG pipeline has been installed on my house roof. I have talked to owner of the BP Number ([protected]) connection, He is also agreed with me and want to disconnect this connection as improper PNG pipeline installation in my house/property.
