Dear Sir/Madam,

We are writing to express our deep concern regarding the delay in the installation of our PNG connection for BP No [protected], which we applied for on 10th December 2022.
We were informed at the time of application that the installation would be completed within a month.
However, it has been almost four months since then, and we have not seen any progress towards the installation of our connection.

We have contacted your local team several times, but we have not received any assurance of installation even in the near future.
As a new food startup, we are unable to start our business without the PNG connection, which is essential for our operations.
This delay has caused us a tremendous loss of rent, loan interest, and all other establishment expenses.

We understand that there may be some unforeseen circumstances that have led to the delay, but we would like to request your immediate attention and assistance in expediting the installation process.
We are willing to cooperate and provide any necessary help to facilitate the process.

We hope that you can appreciate our situation and take immediate action to resolve the issue.
We look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the status of our PNG connection installation.
