Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Delay in piped gas connection

My BP number is [protected]. I made an application for a new piped gas connection in Chitranjan Park over 6 months ago. Since then I have been repeatedly requesting a status update and have been told time and again that the feasibility check is on hold and that my request has been put on priority and that someone will call me, but nothing has happened since. I have tried calling all the complaint redressal authorities mentioned on the IGL website but neither do the phones get picked nor have any of them bothered responding to my email. I am extremely frustrated and am getting really sick and tired of the inconvenience being caused. Please get me my gas connection!!!
