I had raised for gas connection in the month of August, payment was confirmed during that month, however I asked for an early connection to customer care, they raised a ticket for early connection and communicated that it will be done in 5 days.
Few people came for connection, however they were not having adequate tools due to which they went back and since then never came.
I have raised this issue more than 20 times to IGL customer care they are just saying that technician will come but it's being more than a month no one from technician contacted me. Was this information helpful? |
