Hi,
On 23rd March I raised request for new connection. BP number is [protected].
After that I am continuously following up to get the connection but no success. Every time I called the call center they give some kind of excuse but no progress. I have shared documents with 2 IGL representatives but call center is informing still they have not received documents.
We are 2 senior citizens & struggling for new connection.
Can you please help for this.
