Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — Not getting Bill in email

I have requested for sending my bill through email: . But I am not getting hard copy bill as well as bills through email.
Evry time when I receive reminder, I immediately pay the bill amount with fine. Because of not getting bill at all, I am not able to pay the bill before due date. Please arrange to send the bills through email regularly.
Also, please make necessary corrections in my name as mentioned below:
