Complaint marked as Resolved I had posted my complaint in Google play store as well where I got a reply from the app developer within 2 days asking about the details of my problem to be mailed at their mail address(mentioned in app details). And within a few hours they updated my account with the realisation and confirmation of my payment.
Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
