This complaint is in regard to receiving of bill inspite of permanent disconnection of png connection.
My bp no. Is [protected]. I made a request for pd (Permanent disconnection) with device removal via token no. [protected] and my connection was disconnected on 08th jan' 2016. At the time of pd reading of meter was 159 scm but igl send me bill for 240 scm.Also, when i contacted igl, i ahev not received any satisfactory reply from them.
I want to know that if my device was permanently disconnected on 08/01/2016 with reading of 159 scm then how could igl sending me bill with reading of 240scm till april' 2016. Was this information helpful? |
