Indraprastha Gas Limited — Non installation of Metre at residence | |||
Application No. [protected] My name is Rajendra Prasad, working in State Bank of India, reside at Flat No-90, SBI Officers Flats, G-Block, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065, has applied for Gas Connection through Pipeline as there is Pipeline Facility in our area, however the meter is not installed . I submitted application on 12/03/2014. After submitting application, I was told to wait for three months as it takes time. I quietly waited for three months, and after passing of three months, I followed up at your office in RK Puram with Mr. Nitin, Ms. Joshi and their Senior Mr. Mishra. I have visited them 5-6 times and every time I meet them, they assure me to get the metre installed in coming Saturday/ Sunday, which surprisingly has not come yet. After getting their disappointing response I called at your helpline and they provided me a mobile no of Mr. Sunil Tak, therefore started following up with him on his mobile, and I am calling him for past 3 weeks, almost on daily basis, and he is also assuring me to get the metre installed in coming weekend, but the response is same!!! That weekend is still far from over . Is the standard practice organisation like your follow? What is the accountability aspect? Can any body take some time and look carefully at my grievance and see how your people are working ? It is very disappointing .
