Indraprastha Gas Limited — Unable to pay bill online, Customer care no. not working, wrong bill due to leakage, Not receiving hardcopy of bill | |||
Hi, My BP No. is [protected] for Indraprastha Gas Limited. They have created a new portal which is not working and I am unable to pay bill online. Secondly, There was a leakage in the pipeline because of that the bill is not correct. The leakage issue was rectified on 20 sep 2015. Third is that non of the customer support no. is working. Some are incorrect no. and in some numbers nobody is picking up the phone. Even when I tried to complaint regarding the leakage that no. too was not picked up. The issue was rectified by the person who came to take the meter reading. Fourth, I am not getting any hardcopy of the bill.
