Company has sent me a inflated bill by showing very high consumption of gas based on reading taken on 18th May 2014.That reading was wrong as till date ( 18th July 2014 ) I am unable to reach that reading hence it is wrong billing based on wrong reading.
Not only this a complaint was logged on 24th June 2014 ( complaint id MKT [protected] ).Reminder calls made to IGL call centre on 5/7/14 & 10/07/14 and 18/07/14 but no action yet on the complaint or visit by IGL meter reader.
Escalation matrix printed on back side of bill is of no use as no one picks up phone from those nos.
