I am disgusted and annoyed at the experience of having my vehicle serviced at Trivandrum Venpalavattom outlet. I had to incur a huge loss due to negligent behaviour of your service personnel as I had to replace my brand new 7D floor mat worth Rs5000 and repair my touch console system from elsewhere. While giving the car for service both the speakers were working fine with audio outout in excellent level. Since I got the vehicle only one speaker is audible and since I had come over to my native, I had to repair it from outside considering the long drive to my native (Imagine driving without music). In process paying a sum of 600 to get this repaired.
Regarding the 7D mat, all the buttons and clippings are shattered by your service personnel due to negligence and it does not stay in its place in my car. Loosing total purpose of my purchase. I want an immediate resolution and escalation on this case to be sorted out. I am also writing to Maruti and Head of Indus service for resolution Was this information helpful? |
