My Maruti 800 KL10U 7035 was handed over for body repair on 25/09/2015 and was promised to deliver on 02/10 2015.On 01/10/2015 i have enquired the progress of repair and prompt delivery on 02/10/2015.The advisor sri Savad .c informed that the vehicle is getting repaired and will be delivered on 02/10/2015 itself. On 02/10/2015 morning I had contacted Mr Savad and requested to deliver the vehicle as I have to go urgently for a function.But at that time he told me that 02/10/2015 is an holiday for office and it may not be possible to deliver the vehicle.It is astonishing to see that the date of delivery shown in the Bodyshop job card is 02/09/2015.Hence i compelled to hire a taxi for my journey on 02/10/2015.
