We are students of Indus University located in rancharda, Ahmedabad. Our university is deemed since we have enrolled in university. Every time rules and policies are changed for better working o[censored]niversity and we have to suffer from this. Every time when they change any rule which can affect students are informed to students by mail which is provided by our university. Some time it is also sticked on notice board so student get aware about any rule. Our case is regarding detention. In our university if students are unable to clear less then 4 subject they get detained. Our university detain students on yearly basis (july-july) but this time without informing for a single time they have changed this rule to semester vise detention. Faculties are saying that they have got mail regarding this in earlier starting of the semester and they passed this new rule to the students in starting of the semester by giving a special presentation. Whether they have received mail regarding this or not they we don't have idea but they are claiming that they have given presentation regarding this new rule then its totally wrong as we have asked every students regarding this and have taken sign of every students regarding that whether they have given presentation or not. students have agreed and signed in the forms. Our faculties even our director is not listening us and telling that we cant do anything now. Sir this is totally injustice to students and those future. We the students only wants from our university that they apply this rule from next semester and that also by giving proper circular.
