Dear Sir/Madam, I have taken a LAP loan with your karnal branch name of M/s Pesharuri jewellers pvt. ltd. A/C no. PCD00019N, DDK00030N I want to pre pay my loan and i have done so many request in your customer care as well as your local authority as well as your highr authoriy in Chandigarh/ delhi etc. but i am unable to understand why no body is giving list of documents & foreclouser till date Instead of that you can read the following mail with customer care request number etc. Pls confirm when i am ready to pay foreclouser charges to you as per policy norms than why you all are unable to give list of documents and foreclouser... sir its my humble request to you if you are unable to do the same than i will go for some legal action against your company as well as your managers/executives also .
