Somebody called on their coustomer service and tell them my details and freeze my account and when I get to know about it I give them my full documents and written application in sep.2021 and they said please call on coustomer service and ask them to unfreeze it when I call coustomer service they said go to branch with your kyc documents and give them in written application too I go there and give them my documents again but still my account is freeze I think they are just doing timepass by sitting there
