[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Account opening issue

Tried opening an account in Indus ind- I gave a cheque at your branch in Prabhadevi.For which I received this msg

"Your account opening application is received on 05 Oct and will be processed in 6 working days.."

After this money was promptly deducted- I gave all the proofs my adhar card, voter id employment proof, present address proof etc .But still my account hasn't been created and its been more than 2 months

Soon after I post this status - I get a call from some number +[protected] saying he is from Indus ind bank

He had no clue what he was talking about and disconnected the call in between

Now Iam wondering was it your service executive or some crook

If this kind of service continues - I will have to go to rbi obudsman to complain regarding this
