[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Amazon initiate refund but bank not credit my refund kindly slove my issue

I have ordered A Product Amazon and Iam returned the all order due to personal reason.
Amazon initiated a refund the amount to my net banking but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indusind Bank doesn't have such policy. So
