[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Bank looted my 10000 as banking charges without informing me

I have raised a complaint regarding Bank has deducted 10000 with out informing a customer But your Chembur branch Employee have not given me any details regarding the same till date so kindly look into this matter as soon as possible so in can recover my 10000 rs from my account cause the only amount is left for me to manage my college fees
My account details[protected], and when ever i visit the branch they dont even give proper response and in chembur branch they do exchange of black money with high purity customer as i was at bank by evening 5:00 pm evening after coming to know that 10000 was deducted from account while checking it through Atm Chembur indusind bank Employee Exchanging money With privilege customer more that lakhs Rupees to for Percentage of commission

Even i Have proof i can stand front of the bank and Point you those employee who do the same even security guard of the branch help clients on changing Notes

if iam not recovering the cash from your branch with 2 days i have a all my proof and even i had taken a received signature of bank with my complaint letter so i can file a case in supreme court and recover it from government and close your banking service in India

Yesterday i got a call from indusind bank Chembur branch and They have called me at there branch and they explained me Irresponsible Answer and (Mr Pradeep) Of your indusind bank chembur branch employee started to argue with me pointing his finger and the branch manager is busy with his client and he gave me a awesome answer that i will forward your complaint to vashi branch.. so they will call you, but i want my problem to be recover from chembur it self and i want my money back without deducting Even a Singel Rupees from My account and i want my account to closed and Iam not happy with the service and How your employee behaved with me yesterday... so kindly look into this matter as Soon as Possible, And I have all my records and details up-to date, even recording of how Employee behaved with Me and how employee help changing cash to Other privilege clients of your...
